Ordering
When you buy an item through the Navado webshop, you may test the product at home so that you can evaluate its features and operation. For example, in the case of the Easystyler Pro: you may turn on the airstyler and test it on your hair.
Check if the payment has been debited from your bank account. If not, the payment did not succeed and you did not pay anything. In this case, place your order again. If money has been debited from your bank account, but you have not yet received a confirmation from us, we recommend that you wait a while. It can take up to 3 hours for us to receive payment from the payment provider. If you have not received a confirmation after 3 hours, please contact customer service. Please have your order details listed with your payment ready.

Delivery
Yes, we offer international shipping. This means that we can also deliver our products to customers outside the Netherlands. Available shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. You can find more information about our international shipping options and rates on the shipping page.
Netherlands
- Ordered Monday through Thursday before 4:30 p.m., delivered tomorrow.
- Ordered Friday before 4:30 p.m., delivered Saturday.
- Ordered Friday after 4:30 p.m. or over the weekend, delivered Monday.
Belgium
- Ordered Monday through Friday before 4:30 p.m., delivered tomorrow.
- Ordered Friday after 4:30 p.m. or over the weekend, delivered Tuesday.

The package may have been delayed by the carrier. We therefore advise you to first take a good look at the Track & Trace code. This shows the status of the delivery. If you have not received your package 2 days after the indicated delivery date, please contact customer service.
Returning
At Navado, you always have the option of returning your order within 30 days of receipt. Make sure you return the product undamaged and with the original packaging. Keep the return slip until we have processed the return.
To do so, please go to our return policy.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the products for any damage and/or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all products purchased through our website. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects that occur during normal use of the product. If a problem occurs within the warranty period, please contact our customer service department to make a warranty claim. We will do our best to resolve the problem by repairing or replacing the defective product. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse of the product. For more information, please review our entire warranty policy.
