Warranty

Navado stands by the quality of its products and therefore offers you a standard 2-year warranty on all products. In addition, we offer a lifetime warranty for the Bounce brush. Should there be anything wrong with your product, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to help you as quickly as possible and resolve any issues.

Your 2-year warranty is based on "normal use". The warranty does not apply to use in salons or by stylists.

Warranty conditions:
- The warranty only applies to products purchased from Navado or other official outlets (such as Bol.com, Media Markt or Amazon).
- The warranty period starts on the day of purchase.
- The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and defects not caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or improper installation.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper use, neglect or unauthorized repairs.

If possible, we will repair or replace the product. If this is not possible, we will offer you a new product or you will receive a full refund.
