Warranty

Navado stands for the quality of its products and therefore offers you a standard 2-year warranty on all products. If there is something wrong with your product, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to help you as quickly as possible and resolve any problems.

Your 2 year warranty is based on 'normal use'. The warranty does not apply to use in salons or by stylists.

Warranty conditions:

• The warranty only applies to products purchased from Navado or other official sales points (such as bol.com or Amazon).
• The warranty period starts on the day of purchase.
• The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and defects not caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or improper installation.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect or unauthorized repairs.
• If possible we will repair or replace the product. If this is not possible, we will offer you a new product or you will receive a full refund.
