CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMPLOYEE

As a customer support employee, you ensure that the customer experience runs smoothly. Within this role you manage all Navado communication channels and ensure that all customers are provided with an appropriate response in a timely manner.
At Navado, customer support is more than just customer service. In addition to the operational daily tasks, you also think about how we can give our customers an even better experience. Because you are in contact with the customer every day, you know better than anyone where the bottlenecks are and what needs to be done to solve them. Your input is extremely important and is therefore appreciated in our meetings.
Daily tasks:
- Email contact with customers
- WhatsApp contact with customers
- Process returns in the system
- Process guarantees in the system
What are we looking for in you?
- You are available at least 8 hours a week and have the intention to stay for a longer period of time
- You have at least MBO+ work and thinking level
- You speak fluent Dutch and good English
- You are customer and service oriented
- You can empathize with the customer and always remain polite
- You have ambition to continue growing
- You think in solutions
