CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT

As a customer support representative, you will ensure that the customer experience runs smoothly. Within this role, you will manage all of Navado's communication channels and ensure that all customers are provided with a timely and appropriate response. 

At Navado, customer support is more than just customer service. In addition to the operational day-to-day tasks, you also help think about how we can give our customers an even better experience. Because you are in contact with the customer every day, you know better than anyone else where the bottlenecks are and what needs to be done to solve them. Your input is extremely important and therefore also appreciated in our meetings.

Daily Tasks:

  • Mail contact with customers
  • Whatsapp contact with customers
  • Connecting with customers through social media
  • Processing guarantees in the system

What are we looking for in you?

  • You are available for a minimum of 8 hours per week and have the intention to stay for a longer period of time
  • You speak fluent Dutch and good English
  • You are customer and service oriented
  • You can empathize well with the customer and always remain tidy
  • You have ambition to grow
  • You think in solutions
