We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase from Navado. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving the product.
Returns
You have 14 days to consider after receiving the product. Are you not satisfied or did you need another product? Then it is possible to return the products.
Returns Policy
- When you purchase a product from Navado, you can test the item at home to assess its operation and properties.
- Return items in the original packaging .
- Report the return within 14 days of receipt. Send the product back within 7 days after creating the return label.
- The return costs of €5.25 are at your own expense.
- We may charge a depreciation fee for damage to the product or packaging, proportional to the damage. Handle the product with care.
- If the product was damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service.
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage. Navado may charge you for damage caused by poor packaging.

Refund
The entire purchase amount will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, but no later than 7 business days after receipt in our warehouse. Navado may wait with the refund until all products have been received. As a customer, you are responsible for the return costs of €5.25.

Complaints and warranty
Complaints
If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via info@navadohair.com . We will give you a substantive response within 2 days after receiving the complaint.
Warranty
For all items that you buy from us, the legal guarantee applies. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what you can reasonably expect from it. In addition to the legal guarantee, we provide a standard 2-year manufacturer's guarantee on our products. For more information about the guarantee, go to our guarantee page .
1. Sign up
Please report your return within 14 days of receipt .
2. Packing
Wrap the parcel. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.
3. Send
Deliver the package to a PostNL location. Please keep the receipt until we have processed the return.
4. Refund
After receiving your return shipment, we will check the products for any damage and/or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days via the original payment method.
