Easy exchanges and returns
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase from Navado. Should you not be satisfied for any reason, you may return the product free of charge.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about our products or our service, please contact us at info@navadohair.com. We will give you a substantive response within 24 hours of receiving the complaint.

Warranty
A legal warranty applies to all items you buy from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what you can reasonably expect it to do. In addition to the legal warranty, we provide a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty on our products. For more information about the warranty, visit our warranty page.

1. Login

Report the return within 30 days of receipt .

2. Packing

Wrap the package. Remember to remove or cover the old shipping label.

3. Send

Return the package to a PostNL location. Keep the return receipt until we have processed the return.

4. Refund

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the products for any damage and/or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Return conditions

  • When you purchase a product from Navado, you may test the item at home to evaluate its operation and features.
  • Return items in original packaging.
  • Report the return within 30 days of receipt.
  • There is no charge for returns.
  • If a free gift was included with the order, it must be returned with it. If the free gift is not returned, a fee will be charged.
  • We may charge depreciation for damage to the product or packaging, proportional to the damage. Please handle the product with care.
  • If the product was damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service department.
  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage. Navado may recover damages from you due to poor packaging.
